Rehearsals will re-start for the 2026-2027 season on Monday, 28th September.
For the first three weeks of the season, under the guidance of our conductor, Peter Le Tissier, we will be playing Bruckner’s Symphony No.1 and we’ll be continuing with a work we played at the end of last season – Wagner’s Wesendonck Lieder – but this time, we’ll be joined by the singer, Alice Latham.
Other items planned for the repertoire up to Chistmas include (but to be confirmed):

- Beethoven – Coriolanus Overture
- CPE Bach – Symphony in D major
- Beethoven – Symphony no.7
- Suppe – Light Cavalry Overture
- Prokofiev – Lieut. Kije Troika
